I was born and raised in Los Angeles by first generation European parents (German & Finnish born), Gratefully, I had a fun-filled childhood, and was lucky enough to experience other worlds beyond my neighborhood, traveling to distant places to visit family in Europe and Japan. These experiences taught me to understand the world (and people) in a different way, as I was exposed to a variety of cultures. Traveling inspired me to keep an open mind, seek new adventures, and treasure the magic of storytelling from different lands. Acting and creating funny characters has always been my thing since I was a wee tot. So it made sense when I choose to get a BFA in Theater from UCSB. Then, I returned to LA and began performing on many well-known LA stages, ending up happily in voice over. Versatility equals continuous adventures for me. Traveling through my imagination, to speak to different audiences and tell a story is always inspiring. I believe story telling is key to our human history. And, through voice acting, writing and (recently) singing, I enjoy helping clients tell their stories, emotionally effecting others, informing them, educating them and most importantly, inspiring them, to experience life differently.
