-Collaborates with Leadership Development teams, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders across the organization to support and consult on learning engagements.
-Serves as principle administrator for LMS, overseeing licensed content integrations, managing self-directed learning programs and training content administrators embedded in business functions.

-Provides LMS system support for users, managers, and the 100+ trained LMS administrators embedded in business functions.
-Looks to continuously improve both the user and administrator experience on the LMS by overseeing quarterly system and configuration updates.
-Runs LMS training sessions and monitors security permissions for new and tenured learning administrators embedded in business functions.
-Communicates all system and configuration changes through scheduled quarterly meetings with LMS administrators and learning leaders
-Maintains relationship with CSOD's Client Success Partner through monthly meetings and is responsible for ticketing issues through the CSOD Global Technical Support portal
