I’m a consulting leader with nearly 10 years of experience leading complex IT and data projects that drive results. As a trusted advisor to government agencies, I’ve led new, large-scale system modernization and data initiatives in unemployment, workforce development, public health, and motor vehicle projects across several states. In my years at Resultant, I assisted in growing our professional services group from a single public sector account to over 100 accounts and from a team of 20 to more than 230. I’m particularly passionate about data consulting because I love the insights and learnings that come with ever-changing nature of data. In 2020, I helped lead the data modeling efforts for the State of Indiana’s response to Covid-19. In analyzing state data to inform Covid policies, we could see substantial societal impacts to isolation (e.g. substance use disorder, child welfare, hospital census). As such, we could use the data products to collaborate across state agencies for citizens. I also host Data Driven Leadership, where I have the privilege of putting complex data concepts into plain English and discussing data news with industry experts. We’ve covered everything from data visualization to ChatGPT, with more expert analysis on the way. When I’m not on the mic, I serve as Resultant’s Vice President of Client Experience, in which I oversee the client experience for all professional services in both the public and private sectors. As a people-person by nature and a consultant by trade, I love serving our consultants as they deliver phenomenal outcomes for organizations of all sizes.
