Oh this is so dear to my heart! I am so blesses to have good people in my life that out weighed the bad!

Today, at West Oaks Hospital we were fortunate enough to witness the natural beauty of the solar eclipse, thanks to our CEO Ashley Sacriste  and HR Best Team. It was an amazing experience which allowed us to reflect on the wonders of the universe. As we enjoyed the eclipse, we also indulged in some delicious Moonpies. Yesterday marked the end of a fulfilling chapter as Chief Operating Officer in Training at West Oaks Hospital 💙. I'm grateful for the mentorship and camaraderie of CEO Ashley Sacriste  and the team over the past 14 months. Together, they’ve  left a lasting impression. (Check out some of the moments we shared in photos 🥰🫶🏽🥹)

As I move forward, I'm reminded that change can be difficult, but  only for the unready. I believe in constantly striving for self-awareness, understanding our strengths, weaknesses, passions, and fears. By pursuing this self-awareness, we can enhance not only our professional capabilities but also our personal lives.

My skills in strategic leadership, healthcare management, operational excellence, and leadership are relevant in any pursuit. While the "perfect" hire doesn't exist, I'm confident that as a trainable, coachable, and avid learner, I can excel in any role.

I'm eager to explore new opportunities and excited about what lies ahead. Thank you again to the West Oaks Hospital team for preparing me for this next step!
