• Increased PPC conversion rates from 2.3% to 7.4%, while reducing the Cost per Lead  by 34%.

• Launched and administered integrated technology platforms:  CRM (SalesForce.com), marketing automation software (Pardot), website analytics (Google Analytics), website testing and measurement.
