I am a Part-Time Lecturer at Rutgers University School of Social Work. I also work Part-Time as an outpatient therapist. As the Founder and CEO of IntegralPTSD, I provide one-on-one and group trauma healing coaching and grief and loss coaching to clients all over the world. I have also created and taught online courses and workshops on PTSD and trauma recovery, published articles on trauma, healing, and spirituality in my blog The Trauma Healer, and work with organizations to conduct organizational interventions and update diversity and inclusion policies. I am also the founder and CEO of House of Beauty and Birch LLC, a business solutions consulting firm where I work on projects related to marketing and content management strategy, copywriting, fundraising, and public relations. I am a committed advocate for trauma healing and recovery and am dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. I am an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Academy of Social Work Practice, the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and the Professional Writers' Alliance. With a passion for promoting ethics and innovation in the field of mental health, I have published several articles on the topic, including "Ethics and The Rise of Artificial Intelligence in Mental Health" and "ChatGPT and Artificial Intelligence in Therapy and Mental Health".
