- Lead in depth trainings on product solutions to our Premier customers.  These trainings include webinars, individualized sessions, adoption and onboarding, demos, how-to's, and troubleshooting

- Map customer's business goals to solutions and capabilities of their Salesforce products.  Complete a value mapping exercise to show business value, define KPI's, and provide a detailed success path for moving forward

- Work alongside leadership and content teams to develop content appropriate and relevant to our customer's current needs.  Recommend new content or engagements as needed.

- Work across teams to provide the appropriate Success solutions to our customers at the times when they need it most.  Help Sales identify Success engagements that will be best for upsells, adoption, onboarding, and more. 

- Assist in the creation of SOP for the newly formed Nonprofit Territory Success Team.  Quickly learn the needs of the new customer base, enable on products in the industry suite, and provide top notch sessions to these customers using Pardot for their marketing needs.

- Attend the Accelerate Program.  A 1 year intensive leadership training program for aspiring and new people leaders.

- Mentor new team members as they join the team or organization.  Provide weekly support to their onboarding and enablement for their new roles their first year

Success Guide

American Red Cross

- Manage event processes for the region. Events included but were not limited to donor
appreciation, board cultivation, fundraising, ribbon cutting, and socials.

- Department lead for annual Sound the Alarm campaign. Track progress to goal,
ensure all benefits are awarded to donors, secure volunteer needs for events, and work
cohesively across departments to ensure organizational success.

- Communicate needs to volunteer recruitment team to obtain high quality volunteers
for departmental needs. On board, train, track and manage volunteers to achieve the
needs and success of the department.  Manage the volunteer base for the team, typically 5-6 volunteers at a time.

- Carry out region strategy to engage sports teams with the organization and mission of
the Red Cross. Ensure partner activations are carried out as promised, work with local
teams to creatively show support of our organization. Teams include the Indiana
Pacers, INDYCAR, Fort Wayne Mad Ants, and Indianapolis Indians.

- Implemented a real estate extension strategy from design to usage with areas of
region without brick and mortar locations. Design and execute training program as
well as develop timeline for successful implementation and measurable success.

Manager of Strategic Projects and Relationships

Manage two professional direct reports and a volunteer board.  Celebrate their success, provide mentorship, provide quarterly reviews, and weekly check-ins, and provide goal setting and achievement guidance.

Present to School Boards, Students, Community Partners and Volunteers on program in order to sell the
program, develop mutually beneficial relationships and grow market share in given territory

Analyze membership and fundraising numbers to develop strategies to overcome gaps and achieve goals

Grow membership year over year via developing partnerships with school systems to provide in-school access for marketing and facility usage. Achieving membership growth at each year end by at least 2%

Achieve development goals totaling over $400,000 in direct support and $1,000,000 in product sales. Hit 112% of direct support campaign in 2018, and grew product sale campaign by 17%

Attend local events with booth space to recruit volunteers and members, as well as provide information about program. Design display and strategically execute to reach target audience

Plan events ensuring staffing, resourcing, and execution. Write, manage and close-out all budgets, while
balancing overall year-end budget

Lead Volunteer trainings, ensuring that each is capable of executing the program or task effectively

Chair Annual Planning Conference: A week long conference for 70+ staff. Tasks included coordinating lodging and meals, content, guest speakers and VIP’s, recognition, outings, travel and more

-Collaborate with adult volunteers and oversee achievement of training for their respective role.

-Be a good role model and recognize the importance of working relationships with other professionals and volunteers.  The executive must have communication skills and be able to explain the program’s goals and objectives to the public.
