While employed at InStaff via short-term contracts, I've consistently been dedicated to my role at Tom Tailor Retail GmbH in Designer Outlets and supervised other InStaff colleagues. During periods of low staffing, I assumed the management of both Tom Tailor Kids and Tom Tailor Adult stores.
Responsibilities are: 
* Engage with customers, offering tailored assistance and style recommendations.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring an inviting store environment.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently while providing top-notch service.
* Collaborate with the team to meet and potentially exceed sales targets and KPIs.

InStaff operates a platform for booking temporary workers with over 50,000 profiles, facilitating over 2,000 placements monthly. The company holds permission for personnel leasing and boasts high customer satisfaction.

During my time at InStaff & Jobs GmbH, I successfully participated in more than 100 projects, each lasting 1 to 8 days, collaborating with esteemed clients such as Volkswagen, KUKA, Microsoft, Mediamarkt, dm, VanSelect, Tom Tailor, and PME Legend, spanning various industries.
In my position, I executed and adapted marketing strategies including sales promotion and retail support, and supported the public relations activities such as event communication, and coordination. Additionally, I engaged in intercultural communication with both B2B and B2C stakeholders. Consistently upholding professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability in dynamic situations, I earned broad acclaim from clients and colleagues for my versatile skill set and proactive approach.

on the fleet of AIDA - Cruises ships I performed product-specific treatments St.Barth & Thalgo, as well as Ayurvedic massages, foot reflexology, Lomi- Lomi massages, lymphatic drainage and symptom-related treatments for holidaymakers and crew. In addition to time and self-management of preparations and treatments, the job required outstanding communication skills and customer orientation according to the AIDA "we love to see you smile" spirit. 
In cooperation with colleagues, we organised sauna and wellness evenings and sold cosmetics and hair products. End-of-cruise feedback and planning meetings enhanced my feedback and criticism skills. The constantly changing trips, thus adapted SPA and therapy offers also allowed flexibility and the ability to innovate to grow.  
The pre- and inter-travel product and sales schools also enabled me to improve my sales skills in an empathetic and customer-oriented way.
