As a PMO Analyst at Canopius Group, I have over two years of experience in providing PMO analysis and support to the Change Team, specifically to the Change Team PMs, and to the Steering Committees. I am part of a team of two people who ensure the effective governance, reporting, planning, and delivery of Change and IT projects across the organisation. I am qualified as a PRINCE2® Practitioner, P3O® Practitioner, and MoR® Practitioner, and I have passed the Essentials for PMO Analysts exam. I have excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, and I develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I am passionate about motivating, coaching, and training individuals and groups. I share my knowledge and life experience as a member of Canopius's Information and Consultation Forum, as a Mental Health First Aider, and as a member of the Disability and Neurodiversity SIG. I am also a member of the British Computer Society, an Associate Member of the Association for Project Management, and a regular participant in House of PMO events.
