I developed and managed the Insights Portal, a SaaS-based analytics product for professional services companies.  I hired and managed teams including technical product owners, reported to the Head of Corporate Strategy.

I supported long range strategic planning including determining new product business requirements to support technology buying decisions.  I built and managed teams, reported to the Head of Product.  I completed detailed analyses, synthesized insights and presented findings to senior leadership.

I launched and grew four training programs from $0 to a $5M+ line of business.  I led the PMO Leadership Council research team in developing, The Next Generation PMO Dashboard a new set of metrics to assess PMO performance, presented in live meetings in North America, Europe, and Australia and published for 300+ PMO leaders  I led the development and rollout of six quantitative maturity assessments, the Ignition Diagnostics (now SCORE), working with research teams in London, New Delhi, and the US

Director, New Product Development, Tech Practice

I received the CEB product innovation award for developing the Service Management Bootcamp, a two-day leadership training program that supports IT service planning and strategy creation.  I managed all aspects of a corporate alliance with the InfoPro to create an infrastructure vendor assessment product including relationship management, white label product creation, website requirements, product branding and marketing, sales rollout, sales support, and joint account management.

I managed the creation of a software tool that builds customizable service catalogs based on common service definitions and measures of performance. I created best practices research presentations delivered to CTOs and Heads of Infrastructure.  I led research teams and managed senior analysts in dissecting problems using qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.

Research Consultant 

I designed and managed monthly teleconferences with up to 200 participants, led client research presentations, and managed a dedicated analyst. I created a tool that quantifies the cost impact of changes in technology refresh spending.

Senior Analyst

I produced actionable best practice profiles, tools, and reports. I conducted interviews with dozens of senior infrastructure executives and CIOs.

Research Analyst

I wrote fast-turnaround white papers on topics including: network operation center organization, changes in asset depreciation schedules, and storage management strategies.

I have proven experience in launching new-in-kind B2B products and services leveraging my analytical skills, product leadership, and consulting background.
