Defining oneself as a professional in a few lines is a quite tough thing to do. So, I simply started my professional career by exploring, living, and learning about what I would like my job to be. I enjoy working with people from my heart, business with my mind, and technology with my hands. 1. People I need to work with people who imagine and embody a more human leadership and who put people first, no matter what. I only believe in business with people at the heart. That is clients but also colleagues and society in general. I enjoy and proactively seek to work with people from any place and culture in the world. 2. Business I have spent my 18 years of professional career working in international businesses, from technical leadership of projects to product management, partnerships, and marketing. I have had the opportunity to develop my entrepreneurial attitude working as an intrapreneur for large corporations, startups, and as an entrepreneur. Companies that put people first foster creativity. Creative people drive innovative, differential, valuable, profitable, healthy, and sustainable businesses. 3. Technology Technology is driving the disruptive changes occurring in our lives, faster and deeper every time. This is why I love technology, understand it, am curious about it, and am able to communicate it in a simple way, to serve human needs and evolution. Probably this is the reason why I became an engineer. Working with technology has taught me that learning is not a phase of life, but a continuous attitude, which I enjoy and put at the service of achieving impactful and meaningful results every day. Defining oneself as a professional in a few lines is a quite tough thing to do. But, along this path, I found a very powerful way to do it: "Towards a more human leadership in times of Artificial Intelligence." That is my purpose. That is my cause and my motivation. That is what guides me day by day to tackle higher and more meaningful goals. This is also the subtitle of the book with which I started my career as an author (2018), because I believe that a better way of working is possible for everyone, and I believe that human leadership is the way to materialize that vision.
