Strategy & Ops Associate within LinkedIn’s Global Customer Experience team, focused on our SaaS business ($10B+ ARR) primarily in North America, Europe, and APAC. 

This role served as the Voice of the Customer, leading highly collaborative, cross-functional projects (engineers, product, marketing) leveraging data analytics, customer research, and design to target areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience, focused on our Product & G2M orgs. 

My team and I worked closely with global LinkedIn members and customers to understand their jobs-to-be-done and build solutions to improve our products and services (mostly in Hiring and in Sales Navigator). The goal was simple - delighting LinkedIn customers and members worldwide.

Some cool projects I worked on included: Self-serve tools for Hiring, the Job Wrapping feature for LinkedIn Recruiter, and Pipeline Filters for Sales Navigator.

Left to pursue a lifelong goal of getting an MBA from a great institution.

Strategy & Operations, CX

CEMEX

-Responsible for CEMEX’s digital presence in the US through its product CEMEX Go, working with customers to understand their needs and building product roadmap for the US
-Leading CEMEX USA’s transition to digital and providing innovative omnichannel solutions for customers
-In charge of all our US partnerships with companies such as Procore
-Developing the go-to market strategy for CEMEX’s digital products in the US
-In charge of the articulation, design, and deployment of key digital value propositions for the company’s Sales, Customer Experience, Credit, and Operations teams, and key customers across all business lines
-Collaborating with Head of Marketing on monthly marketing campaigns to increase adoption, retention, and awareness of our digital tools (jump in customer adoption of CEMEX Go app in key markets from 18% to 44% in 2021)
- Managing the communication and marketing strategies of our online stores
- Building high-impact, creative campaigns by liaising with US head of marketing in line with CEMEX USA strategic priorities
- Measuring ROI of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC) in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Arizona, California, Texas
- Coordinating “Voice of the Customer” programs and NPS feedback for CEMEX’s digital products (CEMEX Go) through use of Experience Management (XM) tools and optimization of sales processes
- Co-creating product design and deployment for CEMEX’s mobile and web applications
- Empowering sales teams to embrace the value of digital tools; owning the systems integration journey
-Using digital tools (CRM Dynamics, SAP, Power BI) to extract and analyze data, building high impact reports/dashboards for senior management
-Leading the relationship of CEMEX USA with industry partners to drive digital solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers in the US, Mexico, Europe
-Collaborating with developers, marketing, legal, strategic planning, and ux teams in Europe, Asia, North America to have a cohesive product offering worldwide

-Managing tools (Qualtrics, Satmetrix, Medallia, Power BI) and creating internal processes to track and analyze customer loyalty to share insights with leadership

-Continuous improvement around customer experience through the Net Promoter System (NPS)
-Extracting and analyzing data in SQL from several internal databases and building high-impact reports for senior management
