Hey there, I’m Jetaime Tsatsi a 19 year old soon to turn 20 in November based in South Africa. I’m obsessed with two things: AI and customer service. I currently own a blog page called The Matchbox where I get to share the different AI tools I’m using to grow my own business with “Quixobot”. I also own a newsletter where every Tuesday and Thursday I share the different tools that you could use to grow and automate your business with. My current business model is Building custom AI chatbots for ecommerce brands looking to improve their quality of service when it comes to customer service. The goal is to improve their website’s retention and conversion rate by 30%+. I enjoy laughter over everything else in this world. My favourite comedian by far is Trevor Noah followed by Jo Koy.
