Born in the Dominican Republic, raised in NYC, and now based in Massachusetts, I am a young CEO, entrepreneur, and advocate for multicultural empowerment. With a bachelor's degree in business specializing in marketing and international business, and currently pursuing my master's degree in marketing, I’m driven to deepen my expertise and impact. Recently honored as one of Boston's 25 Under 25 by the Boston Business Journal, I had the privilege of executing our first-ever Minds with Purpose Festival in conjunction with Hispanic Heritage Month, drawing over 800 attendees from all ages. The festival was a beautiful celebration of culture, education, and community, solidifying our mission to uplift diverse voices. As the founder of Minds with Purpose, I lead a consultancy that empowers businesses and communities through strategic operations, branding, marketing, and dynamic events. Our work includes hosting workshops on emotional intelligence, digital and financial literacy, creative advancement, and youth empowerment, designed to foster leadership and personal growth in multicultural communities. I also proudly serve on the boards of the MassHire Merrimack Valley Workforce Board Youth Committee and the Northern Essex Community College Career and Technical Education Board, where I contribute to workforce development and education initiatives. Recognized with prestigious awards such as the Oprah Winfrey Scholarship and the UML Difference Maker Significant Social Impact Award, I remain committed to building the largest networking platform for young, multicultural individuals with dreams, offering them tools and connections to succeed.
