Much of my career has been as a technology industry sales and sales enablement leader (most notably IBM), and I've been a senior leader at a communication consulting firm helping clients such as AWS, Cisco, and Schneider Electric to create brain-aligned sales messages that improved sales results. These experiences - combined with executive training from Wharton, Harvard, and IBM - helps me to work through business and organizational issues to improve results by removing obstacles, simplifying processes, and creating better cultures. When away from work, I'm a musician with the award-winning Natural State Brass Band, serve as an advisory board member for two organizations and as a board member for a startup, and advise individuals and other businesses.
