- Platforms (CloudBlue, Odin, Connect) Product Management
- Technical Publications and Localization
- Education and Trainings
- Platforms Technical End-Customer Support
- Business Intelligence for Ingram Micro Cloud and CloudBlue

Responsible for Product Management and Development of the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplaces. Designed and launched the new UX1 user interface / marketplace for resellers of Ingram Micro and Odin Automation platform customers.

Responsible to ship, maintain and customize Odin Automation - the leading cloud automation platform. Odin Automation is helping service providers including telcos, distributors, as well as many hosters to deliver innovative cloud services to millions of businesses around the world.
I am leading the Products department inside Ingram Micro Cloud R&D, which includes overall Odin Automation releases management, development of our BSS module, our Custom Software Development (CSD) group as well as maintenance (3rd-line support).
