Responsible for the Petrochemical market segment in Latin America. In addition to the sales responsibility, during this time period I was responsible for general applications on Mexican territory, analyzing and setting up business strategy there and also was responsible sales agant's management in Latin American, which included contracts, activities and results.
At last, an important responsibility was to support, onboard and train younger sales managers of the team.

Responsible for Consultative & Technical Sales & Business Development. Constantly improving relationship with customers and leading several negotiation processes. Versed in a structured sales processes supported by CRM.
Also, trained in strategic sales tools as Miller-Heiman and Sales Training by Krauthammer

Duties
SALES PROCESS: Identify customer current and future needs, prepare technical and commercial proposals, create and maintain strategical information through CRM. Responsible for attending customers located in Latin America territory, which includes refineries and chemical plants. Knowledge and ability to deal with type of contracts, terms and conditions, public tenders. Responsible for creating and updating registration as supplier for all customer portfolio.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Provide technical information and support, create and present tailored feasibility study for specific applications, and provide cost-benefit analysis. Coordinate different type of interactions with customers, which include visits, trainings, workshops and conferences.

MARKET DEVELOPMENT: Identify opportunities and develop joint projects with clients, aiming to improve their products quality, reduce costs and increase production capacity. Coordinate legal, technical and commercial aspects of each project. Ability to deal with different levels of each organization, being able to recognize different needs for different corporate level.

Sales Account Manager

Vale Fertilizantes

PROCESS: Accumulated experience and knowledge in chemical processes, petrochemicals and fertilizers processes, being responsible for Nitric Acid Plant, Ammonium Nitrate, Refinery Off-Gas treatment Unit and Ammonia Plant, as Wastewater Treatment Unit. Responsible for process monitoring with PI software, process documents creation and improvement (P&Is & operating manuals), Teamwork coordination for troubleshooting using Kepner and Tregoe methodology, technical support during plant start-up, normal operation, shut down and maintenances.
Responsible for catalyst performance evaluation, optimization and report, lifetime prediction, operation training, purchase process, loading, unloading and start-up.

MANAGEMENT: Responsible for defining and monitoring key process Indicators and production costs, focusing on performance optimization and cost reduction. Participate in assessments for strategic planning and Management/Production meetings

ENVIRONMENT: Responsible for CDM Project (Clean Development Mechanism) from 2008-2011 in Nitric Acid plant, including preparation for 3rd part audit, warranting process and data reliability. Participation in a project for NOx Reduction from High Pressure Nitric Acid Plant during start up.

PROCESS SAFETY: Responsible for the Implementation and coordination of Process Safety Management Program, from 2012 until 2014 leading a team of technical and engineer aiming to stablish and implement process safety KPIs and trainings. Developed a corporative training for process safety and coordinated a process safety audit on site. Responsible for implementation and improvement of Management of Change.
Participation in Hazop and PHA of Nitric Acid Plant, Ammonium Nitrate and Ammonia Plant, being responsible for management of risk analysis recommendations.

PROJECTS: Leader of Kaizen Projects/Continuous Improvement . Project leader of process modification for production of ammonium nitrate liquor. Coordination of automation projects at ammonia plant.
