•      Assisting in the drafting of "Marsh Alpha Version 4", Marsh's latest Side A-DIC (Directors & Officers (re)insurance) wording used worldwide and awarded by its broad cover to members of the board. 

•	Advising brokers and client executives worldwide in the negotiation, drafting, interpretation, modification and coverage accuracy of Directors and Officers, Banker's Blanket Bond, Crime, Employment Practices Liability and Pension Trustee Liability (re)insurance contracts 

•	Negotiating terms and conditions with underwriters, reinsurers and their legal teams

•	Clarifying coverage questions to clients and Marsh’s representatives around the world

•	Acting as broker in the placement of Directors and Officers and Commercial Crime policies
when required by FINPRO’s management due to the technical complexity of the risk.

ACHICA

•	£75K of new income (Jul-Dec 2015) obtained by coordinating the launching of seven promotions under renegotiated contract terms.
 
•	Improvement of Achica’s relationship with Spain/LatAm suppliers reflected on 30%
reduction of invoice related discrepancies and 25% average increase on Achica’s credit
limits.

International Operations Supervisor

Pizza Hut UK & Ireland

•	Day to day support to the Procurement and Distribution Managers by optimising communication with Pizza Hut's 350 suppliers, franchisees and distributors in the UK and Europe.

•	Renegotiated T&C and drafted commercial documents on a multi-jurisdictional basis due to the elimination of 90 equity stores in the UK and EU.  

•	Successfully acted as liaison point between the legal and supply chain departments in the
execution of Pizza Hut’s franchisee expansion program (from 25 to 95 stores in 2014). This
included the detailed draft of non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements and franchisee
variations.
