I own the vision and execution of all back-office operations within Propseller: property valuation, listing, converting enquiries->viewings, transaction and payment operations, along with client success and customer service.

I also hire, train, and grow all levels of the Operations function and lead the design, development, and implementation of the organization, processes, and internal software tools allowing the Operations function to keep on scaling with an ever-improving efficiency and satisfaction, in support of the other teams in Propseller.

+ Led a dynamic team of software engineers, data scientists, legal engineers, sales & design functions to craft & ship products/services that contribute towards business targets, and realize our overall vision of being The Knowledge Company. 
+ Dealt with TBs of unstructured text with ML & NLP techniques, and various search algorithms, developed a novel way to organize knowledge (patented) → to create the ultimate knowledge retrieval UX.

Design and document currently-undocumented repair procedures for commercial aircraft engines:
+ Analyze customers' repair requests & identify clarifying questions to be asked.
+ Author FAA-approved Engineering Authorizations, including CIR Manual revisions for design changes introduced by Class 1 Engineering Change.
+ Substantiate proposed repairs and coordinated work with several disciplines.
+ Active participant on process improvement (ACE - QCPC) team.
+ Received Appreciation Award for the design of revised repairs pertaining to parts affected by thermo-mechanical fatigue.
