▪️ Industry and platform exploration: My practical experience in a fast-changing environment (start-up company) ensures continuous innovation in optimal use of tools and platforms within the company and external learning about other programs.

Operations Manager - Digital Marketing

Performance is always important, but we think further: what does your business need. 
My function has evolved from pure performance marketeer to general e-commerce marketeer as multiple aspects are taken into account next to only performance. 

As a e-commerce marketeer my main focus is to help e-commerce businesses to scale thanks to our e-commerce strategy & consultancy and advertising efforts.

Key responsibilities:
▪️ Digital Strategy and Vision: Developing digital visions and strategies, including objectives, action plans and key performance indicators. On top, I conduct a full business case of each of my clients & show them how the online business results are prognosed to evolve over time taking into account their organic efforts. 
▪️ Project Management - As an experienced team leader and main client contact, I have proven to be able to plan, adjust and implement my digital projects efficiently and purposefully. Utilized tool stack: Notion, Google Sheets, MIRO, Loom.
▪️ Digital Marketing: Managing key marketing platforms for E-commerce such as Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Pinterest, TikTok, Looker studio,...
