Assistant Bid Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

Responsible for driving sales for Oracle Enterprise Applications (Cloud Applications & On-Premise Solutions) in Middle East Region including Kuwait, Qatar, and APAC.

Also Responsible for:
• Bid Win Loss Analysis and competitive Analysis, 
• Responding to PQQs, RFIs, RFPs in line with customer requirements and proposal standards set by Prime Focus Technologies 
• Scanning out the requirements and identify the partners for out of the box opportunities.
• Liaising with multiple functional teams to coordinate and contribute directly to the development and delivery of quality proposals in response to business opportunities
• Interfacing with various functional groups to obtain information required for proposals, compile submissions and review to ensure consistency and completeness
• Identifying key stake holders who must participate in the bid response process and ensuring appropriate and timely support from them
• Mapping of relevant sections requested in a Bid/RFP with different groups for support
• Ramp up the internal teams/groups to align with customer's requirements and help create a winning response
• Responsible to support the sales teams in workshops and client presentations with effective coordination from multiple functional teams in the organization
• Responsible for management of the repository and ensuring that all the documentation has been done and submitted in the repository for future use
• Work on large and strategic deals
• Training presales/ sales/marketing roles for bid management processes
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and coordinating with legal team, track leads and top level management to take necessary business decisions.
• Mature escalation management
• Ability to play an active role in contribution to the growth and future roadmap of Metric stream
• Part of a highly competent team of qualified self-managed professionals from diverse academic and professional backgrounds.

A self-driven and result oriented professional with 11+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Presales which includes Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail and Distribution, BFSI, Education sectors. Excellent proven abilities in sales for Oracle IT services. At present working with Aspire and actively engaged in the sales engagement process for tenders of various Private Sector organizations followed with State Government, State Ministries in the UAE and other Middle East regions. Along with this, providing professional business consultancy and guidance to our customers by convincing them on Oracle services and carrying out activities related to Business Events which delivers maximum returns. Strong business acumen with the ability to provide consultation to customers as an industry expert.
