Key responsibilities and achievements included:
• Conducting an in-depth strategic analysis: Performed a comprehensive internal and external diagnosis using tools such as PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces, and SWOT analysis.
• Market Research: Carried out qualitative and quantitative research to understand recurring issues with e-learning & e-coaching platforms. This included a detailed analysis of user reviews, course popularity, trends, and rates. Additionally, identified the countries with the highest user visit rates.
• Benchmarking and Audit: Benchmarked against key competitors and conducted an audit to ensure our strategies were effective and competitive.
