I have a lifelong love of solving puzzles - of any kind: word puzzles, number puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, and even puzzle-adjacent Legos. I have carried this skill throughout my professional life, working with companies and management teams. I help founders and management teams make high-stakes decisions to get unstuck, grow, and operationalize their most pressing priorities. Like my approach to puzzling, I get clear on the context, situation, and needs, surface and clarify the options and their implications, build the fact base, involve key stakeholders, drive to a decision, and follow through to ensure it is operationalized. My extensive experience across industries and company sizes means that I have seen and grappled firsthand with myriad business issues, from startups needing a pitch deck and a fundraising strategy to bringing a steady-state company to profitability at the height of COVID. I founded two companies in the beauty space and have served as a pop-up business partner and advisor for several startups and established brands in both B2B and B2C, helping them with fundraising, partnerships, licensing, marketing, operations, and strategy. Most recently, I was the Chief Operating Officer for Bethenny Frankel's enterprises, managing operations across the company's many content, media, and product initiatives. I also very much enjoy my role as a Program Facilitator for INSEAD’s Chief Operating Officer Programme where I get to lead weekly live discussions and simulations for cohorts of executive learners from around the world.
