After an extremely successful 30 year hospitality sales career with 20 of those years at Lansdowne Resort, it was time for a change. I was able to embark on a journey of self awareness and unscripted discoveries and after going through the reflection process, here is what I learned about myself...I am loyal...boy, I am loyal. I guess that really doesn't need an explanation....20 years in one hotel says it all. I also know that I am a great sales person because I genuinely care. I care about my clients and I care about the people on my team that I have been lucky enough to work with all of these years. I also have learned that it is extremely important to me that I do the job right and with integrity. Whatever the task, I must give it 110%...I just don't know how to operate any other way. I am passionate and determined and I am always looking for ways that I can learn and grow. As I continued my quest to determine my next career step, my immediate journey was working with Global Golf Enterprises. They were the perfect transition for me because the owners of this company share a passion and "Raving Fan" mentality that I live by. I am thrilled to share that I am now working with Convene. After an opportunity to work directly with the team in Tysons and meet the Co-Founders and team in NYC, I knew this is where I am meant to be.
