•	Successfully launching the first US-based cyber specialty insurance product in Germany and Austria, in partnership with Travelers Insurance.
•	Effective marketing strategy contributing to an increased market share in US, UK, and EU, resulting in an 80% growth rate ($270MM in DWP) and a leading loss ratio in Q1 2023.
•	Accelerated multi-channel premium growth by optimizing integrated marketing campaigns and media, leveraging traditional and digital, SEO/SEM, PR, email, web, content, thought leadership and events.

•	Executing a targeted engagement strategy to improve quotes and upper-level funnel metrics, resulting in a 10% increase in independent agent policy sales.
•	Implemented an agile marketing and digital engagement model, utilizing data analytics and market research to measure marketing effectiveness, launch new products and identify opportunities for future optimization.

I defined and developed integrated marketing strategies to support the small and mid-sized commercial business unit with $4.6B in premium.  Provided marketing thought leadership and subject matter expertise for senior leadership, cross-functional teams and client partners. I managed a team of 11 in executing regional and national marketing communications plans and achieving established KPIs and business objectives.

Successes included:
•	Centralized marketing communications from eight regions into one team, driving consistent messaging and gaining workflow efficiencies while saving organization $500K.
•	Launched successful omni-channel small commercial brand campaign to improve competitive position in marketplace (#3), enabling agent partners to drive a 3.5% growth in new business premium.

Directing the transition and consolidation of 529 plan assets to Oppenheimer Funds, and developing a distribution strategy for new advisor channels.

Leading the rebranding for an investment advisory firm with over $1B in assets under management to improve their competitive position, communicate business value and increase market visibility.

Skillful management of CollegeSense 529 Plan of New Mexico with $800M in assets under management, resulting in increased AUM to over 60% and $500M for the organization.
