- Responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership for the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive sales program for territory development, client acquisition, and relationship management with public, private, independent, national, and international school and district leaders. 

- Overseeing, growing, and training a team of professional sales managers and representatives and account, customer care, and support staff. 

- Sustaining positive communication, camaraderie, collaboration and community between and among teleworking staff and Program staff

- Provides oversight for all functions of the Educational Partnerships department, including but not limited to territory sales, development and management, sales performance, customer care and support, inventory management, and overseeing training program for sales team.

Playworks New England

The Regional Partnerships Director is responsible for collaborating with both Playworks’ national team and the regional leadership team to create and refine an integrated earned revenue strategy for growing Playworks’ services within the region. She contributes to a strategy to increase impact in the schools and districts that are of the highest  priority. This responsibility extends to building relationships with other community organizations, government agencies and funders as appropriate, as well as representing Playworks at events, conferences and community gatherings.

Regional Sales Director

- Provide Playworks Pro trainings and consultation to teachers, school staff and administration, and youth workers within the areas of play, youth development, physical activity, group management and conflict resolution

- Contribute to the development and continued quality improvement of Playworks curriculum, including working with Playworks Pro to develop training content and techniques

- Support the creation of written materials and tools such as training packets, posters, conference programs, promotional materials and other educational and marketing resources

- Build ongoing relationships with key strategic partners to generate opportunities for future trainings.

- Provide trainings to clients outside of the youth development sphere in order to support strategies that bring in new resources and partnerships that extend Playworks' reach.

Pro Trainer

- Bring healthy play and physical activity to primarily urban and low-income schools to create a positive environment for learning and teaching. 
- Extensively trained and placed in an elementary school to work alongside teachers and school administrators to implement our on-site Playworks Coach program.  
- Generate community and family involvement in their school community by recruiting and supporting volunteers and facilitating community engagement activities.
