Female leaders face two types of glass ceilings in their careers: 1. The visible gender biases created by society 2. The invisible barriers created in our own minds I know how disheartening the first one can be. You could have years of track record behind you and an impressive title in front of your name. You could be pouring your heart and soul into your job, working long hours on endless to-do lists. Only to watch your voice go unheard. Or get passed over for well-deserved promotions. But the thing is these biases alone don't put brakes on your career. It's the second category to blame for that. That's when you start getting in your own way. When self-doubts and imposter syndrome sneaks up and you wonder, "Am I really cut out for that next big leap in my role?" When you spend more time patching up your weaknesses than leveraging your strengths. And all this leads to a relentless cycle of having to prove yourself. Over and over again... Imagine being a confident and empowered female director whose efforts are not just recognized. But celebrated! Your leadership skills and the way you inspire others are the talk of the town. And the path to your next promotion or opportunity is no longer a maze. But a clear roadmap. All while having the kind of balance in your career that adds more LIFE to your life. Sounds like a distant dream? My 7-step Passport to Promotion Framework, on which my Sisters In Leadership program is based, turns it into a reality. The proof is in our client's results (and my experience section) 👇🏻 "I have landed two new opportunities recently. This is a program I'm going to come back to for years and revisit the tools. It will help you be more confident, and feel more capable of yourself and be of service to other people" - Heather, Healthcare Executive "I was officially promoted from Senior Director to VP of Customer Success this month. Jill’s program really helped me to hone in on my own values and strengths as a leader, and learn how to prioritize impact vs. feeling a need to "do" more or wear "busyness" as a badge of honor.” - Lexi, Customer Success "Working with Jill helped me hone my executive presence and present myself in a complex world as a true leader which enabled me to land a position as VP in the Pharmaceutical industry." - Dhara, Pharmaceuticals Want to find out how this framework can elevate your leadership skills and land you the dream VP role as a female director? You think the secret to stress-free leadership is another tool? It’s not. It’s EQ. I had a client who secretly dreaded getting promoted. She was smart, capable, and respected… but at the same time, scared. “More money means more meetings, more stress, more guilt,” she said. She imagined missing bedtimes, dropping balls, and burning out. But as she built her emotional intelligence, something shifted. – She stopped second-guessing every meeting. – She stopped ruminating on what her boss might be thinking. – She learned to breathe, reset, and lead with calm. Use these 5 EQ moves to lead with less stress (and more impact): 😌 Self-Awareness is your early warning system ⇢ Spot stress before it spirals ⇢ Your triggers become your teachers 😌 Self-Regulation is your reset button ⇢ Respond, don’t react ⇢ One breath = hours saved in damage control 😌 Empathy builds real engagement ⇢ Teams led by empathetic managers: 2x more engaged ⇢ Seek to understand before you solve 😌 Social skills turn conflict into clarity ⇢ Lead with curiosity, not conclusions ⇢ Clear is kind (h/t Brené Brown) 😌 Motivation keeps you grounded ⇢ Purpose is your anchor when pressure hits ⇢ Small wins → big breakthroughs Leadership didn’t cost her peace. It created more of it. P.S. Which of the 5 EQ moves resonates most with you? ♻️ Share this with another manager who needs less stress from the office 👀 Follow for weekly frameworks that make leadership easier Want a high res version of this?
