Avanoo

As the Director of Customer Success, I oversaw all operations, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts across numerous countries, resulting in a remarkable 200% team growth within the first year. I implemented a highly effective Customer Success operating model that mitigated substantial losses and drastically reduced launch times.

My role included handling user experience analysis, resulting in a $1.1 million increase in Q4 sales and a broad impact on our customer base. I had the privilege of leading investor presentations, contributing to Avanoo's impressive $40 million valuation and attracting $5+ million in investment.

Moreover, I was responsible for designing Avanoo's strategic vision and 5-year journey map, overseeing eight teams across four countries.

In my role as Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness, I directed Kforce's transformation in the Advanced Services line of consulting, achieving remarkable $11 million in revenue in the first year. I was privileged to lead Kforce's Business Delivery Transformation program, impacting thousands of employees and candidates nationwide.

My work led to the implementation of an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Center of Excellence, which increased cross-departmental initiative visibility by over 65% in just 3 months.

I also led internal transformation/cost saving effort and engineered an online training and adoption measurement program, which significantly reduced L&D costs by $2 million within the first year.

Accenture

Serving as a Senior Manager in Talent & Organization at Accenture, I managed the OCM sales portfolio for Consumer Goods & Services, achieving over $7 million in sales revenue in 2017. In this role, I led client-specific OCM strategies across multiple industries, consistently achieving an over 85% adoption success rate in support of transformation implementations.

Spearheading internal Accenture employee engagement initiatives, I piloted programs that increased engagement by 35% in the first 12 months.

Additionally, I designed, led, and executed go-to-market strategies, generating an impressive $5 million in new revenue and introducing a patent-pending Social Profile data visitational tool.
