When I was little and attending my brother's soccer games, I would walk up to a group of unfamiliar kids with my head held high, hold out my snack, and say: "Hi I'm Jillian. Would you like an M&M? ...Would you like to be my friend?" And so began my lifelong love of using my voice, finding solutions*, creating community, relationship building, and confidence. (*oh yea.. Surprise to those who know me now, but I had a huge speech impediment back then. Had to be resourceful!) *** ✨I'm insatiably curious and at my "sparkliest" when meeting new people, presenting, brainstorming, collaborating, and creating magic as a result. ✨I live in the "what if?" but with a strategic lens. A beautiful tree of interplaying possibilities grows from a seed of an idea. And then I subsequently activate people's excitement. ✨I have no issue "asking for it"-- be it the close, a multi-year sale, an upsell, or a ride to the airport with a not-yet-known fellow event attendee when no taxis were around. Raised in the belief of: "What's the worst that can happen?" and "Ask politely without the expectation of receiving." This has served me well both personally and professionally. ✨I see everything through the wide-eyed wonder of a kid, and carry that playfulness of possibility to any adventure that lays ahead. ✨I love connecting dots, be it people, brands, experiences, or new ideas. Seeing people leave engaged, inspired, feeling a sense of belonging, motivated, or brimming with ideas after we connect, lights me up. ✨Words are my superpower--spoken or written. ✨I write love letters, but not in the traditional sense. I paint with words.
