Coaching brings me joy. I also do other things ;) I have a passion and depth of experience for collaborating with leaders and teams to aid them in accomplishing their objectives. I do this through upholding the organization's values and culture within the employee life cycle which optimizes people’s potential and drives organizational success. I’m adept at collaborating closely with Founders and CEOs to establish business strategies that align with their mission, vision, and pace of growth. Sharing our journeys makes us all better. * Generosity with no expectations - provided that I have the right knowledge, wisdom, and/or expertise I am willing to help others with no expectation of anything in return. * Compassion - I believe deeply that no one deserves to suffer regardless of how they show up. Anger, resentment, pain, shame, jealousy are negative energies that have no place in my heart. If they creep in - they are quickly evicted. * With Empathy, Speak Truth - it is kind to tell someone they are not showing up their best. I will always be honest, timing is important.
