I am an entertaining and passionate public speaker, people developer and sales trainer with industry leading results. In 2019 I led the development of two groundbreaking new programs: IMPACT (Integrated Mentorship Program for Air Compressor Technologies) - A year long post graduate program that turns recent graduates into top performing outside sales people in the compressed air and gas industry. ACCEL - (Atlas Copco Compressors Education for Leadership)…we love a good acronym at Atlas Copco! This is a leadership development program spanning two years to turn our 125+ managers into inspirational leaders. In 2022 I lead a global team in a Post Covid, world wide Sales and Marketing Workshop tour to reengage our customer centers, educate them on the sales and marketing process and reconnect with colleagues after the Pandemic. In 2023, I travelled brought The Challenger Sales methodology to our Power Technique Customer Centers, with in turn resulted in nearly $50M in documented revenue.
