In my current role as an Associate owner and Professional Engineer at Crozier, I play a key role in the firm’s business development. I facilitate, coordinate and oversee our Project Managers working on engineering and land development projects from our Bradford office, including detailed site plan and draft plan development, functional servicing, stormwater management, traffic, hydrogeological, landscaping, utility coordination, building science, structural, mechanical, electrical services and all agency approvals. Over my 31+ years of experience in consulting engineering, municipal engineering, public works, and environmental services, I have emphasized the importance of effective communication and collaboration while providing an entrepreneurial business style and results oriented leadership. My project management experience consists of both residential and I.C.I. land development including municipal design approvals, QA/QC design review, design coordination which includes functional servicing & stormwater management reports, grading, drainage, erosion sediment controls, LID’s, traffic engineering, utility coordination, reconstruction and rehabilitation projects, corporate facilities planning and design, water/wastewater system design, and maintenance. I’m honoured to be a recipient of the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal from the office of the Governor General of Canada. This medal was awarded for dedicated municipal engineering service to my peers, my community and to Canada, as nominated by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM).
