Venture backed start up company which raised over $50mm in funding in the BLEC space, as a building centric telco carrier,which specialized in providing internet services to multi-tenant office buildings. Started as an idea on a cold call, and became one of the first 5 employees and the first sales director, which including building a nationwide sales team and selling to clients nationwide. Worked with REIT's including CBRE, Trammell Crow, Insignia ESG on a corporate level to help "light" multitenant Class A and B office buildings and sell end-user clients which we the businesses is various Class A and B buildings. Started as the original group of 5 and grew to over 100 employees and grew a sales force thoughout the country. Responsible for P/L and hiring sales representatives and leading the sales effort throughout the country.


Eziaz peaked at 750 buildings under service in 52 cities. Funding provided by Crosspoint, Comcast, Edgewater Funds and a group of REIT investors.

Was promoted internally within a year and was responsible for closing data sales for three sales teams in an overlay role and the agent channel and meeting aggressive monthly personal and team quotas. Sold Cisco routers and network connectivity including T-1's and T-3's to corporate accounts. Company was a competitive local exchange carrier in the wireless space during the internet/telecom bubble.

Became a top producer in the office within 6 months, and was promoted in 14 months to Regional Data Account Manager, which was an overlay position working with channel managers, and sales managers and sales reps to create data solutions and close new business. Consistently ranked #1 on my sales team in writing new business and within top 3 of the branch consistenly. Was #1 in the country for one month at one point of over 220 sales representatives.

Worked with on-air talent producing shows in a top 5 major market in the country, including the 10 o'clock news, Produced original stories which involved not only digging up information and research, but talking to multiple sources and developing trust while maintaining confidence. An incredible amount of time pressure to work under extreme deadlines in a tense environment to "make air". Produced the 10 o'clock news sports segment as well as 30 minute Sports Sunday, and Philadelphia Flyers and Eagles post game shows.
