Direct a team of six for our Oracle and FIS Global data warehouse implementation. A 400% increase in Business Intelligence delivery time was achieved by using SCRUM methodology and driving all development off of our new data dictionary / repository.

Implemented a new Data warehouse methodology that used DMBOK (Data Management Body of Knowledge - DAMA) to bring Data Governance, standard processes and automation to the ETL, Data warehouse and Business Intelligence environments.

Created a data repository that stored not only the Master Data Management information but also enabled the client to automate updates and changes to the database structure saving about $200,000

Brought in to start the requirements phase of a Enterprise data warehouse for Secondary Marketing division. Initial analysis of overall system needs and data warehouse tool selection has begun. Responsible for all facets of analysis, design and implementation plan. We have started the analysis to determine the best industry conceptual data model to base the overall financial services system on. My experience with the MIZMO and the Insurance Application Architecture (IAA) models have been adopted into the core data model. Analyzing Oracle Exadata, Teradata, DB2 and SQL Server Madison for the new 100 terabyte data warehouse. ETL tools being prototyped are IBM IIS, Informatica, Talend and Oracle OBIEE . Chief designer of the new Metadata methodology that will be used for new systems.

As the Chief Architect of an Oracle 10g system that provides reporting capability to the Finance division from their SAP accounting system. Design, test and implement all facets of the data warehouse. Established data warehouse standards for naming conventions, table usage and design structure. Used IBM Datastage, Information Analyzer, Erwin, SQL Developer and Toad for our database tools. Instructed the staff on Erwin macros and the optimization of  Erwin in an environment  with multiple users. Responsible for all database design, data modeling, dimensional modeling and DDL scripts. Performance tuning and analytic research are aided with Affluent software, which provides access to all user queries running on the system allowing us to fine tune each query.
Designed and Programmed a custom PL/SQL application to track database changes and report metrics to management
Designed and programmed an Oracle and Visual Basic application that loaded data into the data warehouse and also documented the Oracle data warehouse. 
Lead a team that redesigned the Oracle data marts for performance and achieved a 700% gain
Performed analysis that saved the division $25,000 to select a new data modeling tool in Toad Data Modeler. Twice given awards for outstanding service in achieving our performance goals for the data warehouse.
Used Appfluent Visibility for BI and Data Warehousing to monitor and tune the performance of the growing Oracle Datawarehouse
