DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•	Responsible for developing the strategy and leading the marketing team.
•	Responsible for creating brand awareness and aggressive lead generation goals for residential solar. 
•	Responsible for marketing strategy execution and all programs and communications related to the RGS Energy brand. 
•	Develop and operate a best in class portfolio of lead generation programs that deliver high quality, differentiated leads at the lowest cost per closed sale to RGS Energy. Responsibility includes a mix of direct marketing, email, digital marketing and multiple forms of online advertising and social media, and referral programs.
•	Leadership and Management of a high performing lead generation team for implementation of RGS Energy demand generation strategy.
•	Budget Development and Management to include development and maintaining departmental budget in collaboration with accounting to ensure accuracy; tracks acquisition costs to maintain the budgeted costs per sale. 
•	Strategic Planning including developing long-term and short-term regional demand generation strategy. Developing campaign plans with short and long-term business goals in mind.
•	Digital Marketing including driving results in search (SEM and SEO), social media and web marketing and evaluation of programs at a strategic level while executing day-to-day management.
•	Direct Engagement Marketing Strategy and Leadership including creating, launching, and optimizing targeted digital and offline outbound marketing campaigns. 
•	Vendor Selection and Management: including identifying, negotiating, signing, and managing new vendors.
•	Measurement and Reporting including developing and maintaining metrics, providing ongoing reporting to track marketing performance and creating closed loop processes to continually improve lead generation programs.

Responsible for all activities related to the outbound advertising and promotional activities of EIMI.​ This includes developing and maintaining all product literature and promotional items for company trade shows and exhibitions.​ Responsible for all print and web-based advertising management.​
 
Summary of primary job functions
