IT Director - Product

Served as the implementation project manager and product owner of several multi-million dollar customer-facing applications, using Adobe, JQuery, Java and Oracle technology.

This required coordination of resources from graphic designers, user experience analysts, developers, testers, manufacturing operations, sales, marketing, technical documentation, video production, etc.  The teams include FTE's and contractors from EffectiveUI, RoundArch, MediaSauce, and other cutting-edge agencies.

Software Product Manager

TSYS

Served as the PM of a cross-functional team which ranged in size from 10 to 36 team members.  It included Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Engineers, Network Administrators, and other resources, as they worked on an advanced .NET-based application (TSYS Customer Insight) that integrated multiple systems.  Interacted with team members across multiple locations, including Georgia, Idaho, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Europe, and India.  Responsible for task management, stakeholder interaction, progress reporting, coordinating timelines, quality oversight, and client relations for all projects.

Project Manager

US Department of Defense

As a military officer and then civilian consultant, assisted in the planning and execution of projects for a 1,200-person division.  Acted as a liaison with members of the media, outside community, and other agencies.  Served as a functional point of contact for issue/problem resolution, implementation, notification, and post implementation support.  Participated in meetings and assisted in research and fact-finding in preparation of executive summaries, slide presentations, and other documentation. 

Accomplishments:
•	Member of the EST2000 project to construct a state-of-the-art virtual reality training complex
•	Planned the logistics support for a nationwide conference with hundreds of attendees
•	Directly responsible for the management of up to 70 employees as they executed projects

Army Officer

An experienced software manager and founder of Cloud Notions, a Salesforce.com, HubSpot and AWS consulting partner agency.  I help get things done, whether the project is a solo job or a large multi-agency engagement.

I am a Project Management Professional (PMP) with an Auburn MBA, and hold numerous tech industry credentials (including Salesforce Certified System Architect).

In order to properly curate my network, I do not accept connections from people outside of my actual network (IE: unknown business development, recruiters, etc).  The exception being technical leaders with interesting things to say (Salesforce MVPs, blog authors, etc).
