My hands shook. My vision narrowed. And the worst part? 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁. How do you tell someone you’re falling apart…..in paradise? My thoughts were racing to find a solution. Desperately scrambling for an answer But nothing came. In fact, the more I 𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥 to fix it with my mind, the worse it got. It was a scary, but life changing moment for me. I didn't think I had any reason to experience something like I just had. But as horrible as it was. It led to me becoming a therapist. Over the past 90 days, he: – Took small, clear steps that added up – Built habits that made him feel better 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳, not just in the moment – Stopped doing things to prove something and started doing things that made him proud 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲.
