Birdie is a leading home healthcare technology platform dedicated to improving the lives of older adults by helping them age comfortably at home. As a B2B SaaS company, Birdie empowers domiciliary care providers with digital tools that enhance care quality and boost operational efficiency.

As the first designer at Birdie and the 11th employee, I played a pivotal role in scaling the design function and establishing the values and culture that continue to thrive. Over my tenure, I've shipped more than 20 core features across five different teams, navigating the complexities of a large B2B SaaS product across the entire ecosystem, including web and mobile apps.
