As Global Head of Sourcing for Alexander Mann Solutions I am responsible for our candidate acquisition strategy and operations – our ability to source and engage with the best talent in the market on behalf of our global clients.  AMS employs more than 200 Sourcers across our organisation with the majority based in our Global Client Service Centres in the UK, Poland, US and Philippines.  Those sourcing teams will support the majority of our clients, sourcing talent in over 70 countries and 30 languages.

Within my current role I also lead the Media Management and Planning function for AMS – a function containing expert Media Planning, Media Buying and Media Execution teams who support all AMS media activity as well as supporting our clients with their own media strategies.

Alongside my role as Global Head of Sourcing I am proud to lead our RPO solution for Bristol-Myers Squibb.  AMS supports Bristol-Myers Squibb with its permanent hiring across Europe with a team of c. 30 talent acquisition specialists based across 6 countries who will deliver in the region of 750 permanent hires per annum.

Now leading the outourced resourcing function for GE Capital accross UK, France, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary; leading a team of more than 80 specialists from 9 locations to deliver in the region of 3,000 permanent hires per annum.

The GE Capital solution was listed as one of HRO Today's top 18 global RPO engagements of 2010 based on volume of hires, breadth of services and the percentage of the talent pool involved in hard-to fill categories.

Head of Client Services (Talent Acquisition) at GE

Head of Client Services (Account Director) for Santander. This newly won UK wide RPO provides approximately 2,500 permanent hires per annum to the bank covering Head Office, Specialist and Contact Centre roles.  The solution is delivered by a team of approximately 40 based onsite in various UK locations and in our Global Client Service Centre in Bracknell.

The Santander RPO was listed as one of HRO Today's top global RPO engagements of 2010 based on breadth of services and the percentage of the talent pool involved in hard-to fill categories.

Ataxo is one of the leading SEM (Search Engine Marketing) providers in Central & Eastern Europe with over 5 years of market leadership.  With offices across Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia we provide a range of performance marketing solutions to small and medium businesses as well as large corporations.  

Ataxo currently serves approximately 5,000 unique customers per year and at any point in time has approximately 3,000 active campaigns.  With 200 employees operating from 6 company offices we continue to grow, innovate and lead the market.

Head of Client Services (Account Director) for Barclays UK Retail Bank.  This UK wide RPO provides approximately 8,000 permanent hires per annum to the bank and is delivered by a team of approximately 75 based onsite in the UK and our Global Client Service Centre in Poland.

The scope of the RPO is all permanent hiring below Exec level.
