I was honoured to lead the Find Your Spark project team at Inspire Education to oversee the ICT digital upgrade and organisational change communications to support new ways of working. Our overall mission: create an inspiring, supportive, engaging and inclusive learning journey for over 18,000 students focused on end-user readiness and digital adoption and an engaging, safe and supportive workplace for our 150 Australian and international team mates.

I was also Head of our International LXD team (via our Manila BPO) and oversaw the procurement, development, creation and delivery of accredited training courses.

Learning and Development Program Director

NFP supporting the health industry, including general practices, hospitals and Aboriginal Medical Services, to improve the quality of patient services. Working in partnership to deliver education and training while sharing resources and industry knowledge with peak body organisations and Primary Health Networks (PHNs) assisting health services and service providers,

AGPAL and QIP E&T create learning to support clients, contract assessors and staff during the accreditation journey across 17+ sets of quality standards.
