In my 17 years long career, I have been many things. Software Developer (Clojure developer, JavaScript developer, Python developer, PHP developer, etc.), Team Lead, Software Architect, Consultant teaching agile, testing and IT management practices, CTO of multiple startups, startup mentor in multiple accelerators, a judge in competitions and also CEO of multiple companies. And I found myself the most productive on an intersection of high-quality software development, usability, ergonomics, service design and UI. Clients I work with the most often are CEOs, CTOs and VPs who either need their software to be developed faster, have higher quality, better usability, design or very often a combination. In about half of cases, there's already some software, in the second half, there's just a business need or idea. What I do in this situation is: 1. I build a team of designers (service, UX, UI), developers, coders and other roles that is fully dedicated to deliver or care about the product. 2. Me or my colleagues kick off the team and make it productive. 3. Then, the team cares about your product, develop and maintain it. And we care about everything including HR, training, legal. We build teams only with senior-level developers and designers who are autonomous, self-organised, agile and focused on high quality. In the past 6 years, we at Flexiana has helped dozens of customers of all sizes. We work with small one-man startups, governments, enterprise clients, and successfully scaling startups. In the past 2 years, our customers have got $2.5 billion in investments. Our current or former customers include companies like: * Alza - the biggest e-shop in Central Europe, truly a billion-dollar company and we built core ERP system there * Zimpler - one of the fastest growing (Deloittte EMEA Fast 500) companies, payment operator * LiveSport - World #1 sports results website with over 100 million users.
