I was working on tens of Web Design, UX-related, and programming projects for various clients from the Czech Republic. My goal is always gathering requirements first and then go beyond expectations. Currently, I cooperate externally just with a few key clients on long-term projects related to UX Design & Research.

* ŠKODA AUTO - I helped with the prototype of an internal tool for car dealers (2016)

I lead UX design and research activities on YSoft Clerbo and participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities to get feedback from customers as often as possible.

Distinguished projects:
➡️  YSoft GLUE (2016-2019) - modern design system and UI framework for all Y Soft products - I was leading the project from the very beginning (describing components from design perspective) to the first stable framework version (42 UI components ready to use). It started as a voluntary project and was adopted by 3 products in 2 years. I gained experience in project management, design spec preparation, UI components implementations, and evangelization.

SolarWinds

I was leading UX design for SolarWinds Virtualization product and my responsibility and involvement went through the entire design process. My goal was to clearly translate product business strategy into the delightful experience that will be loved by our customers and will make more SolarWinds fans. I used various techniques to achieve this goal, especially creating mockups and interactive prototypes and preparing experiments for validation with users.
Beside this main activities I had been working with other designers on a specification of UI framework and Customer Success projects.

I was responsible for leading UX of middle-size and larger projects related to monitoring/troubleshooting of systems and databases. My daily job description was turning product requirements into workflows and designs. Part of my job was also communication with product management, development and user research teams and presentation of work done. I have done also series of front-end training within our Brno UX team.
