1) Lead research design and analyses to address business questions in collaboration with the broader CMK team in the countries, and the global Beauty CMK communities.
2) Analyzing new & existing data to understand the market landscape, the target consumer and the positioning of brands with functions, agencies and global & local CMK resources to learn about and track our strategic targets, equity and line architecture. 
3) Maximize success of priority initiatives for relevant brands. This includes ensuring that the region works closely with the countries on models and processes for idea generation, qualification, initiative volume estimates, tracking to optimise initiatives' success.
