I am an IT Professional in the Chicago, IL 60630 (USA) metro area working primarily in the IT Support (Help Desk, Desktop and Device Support, Service Desk, PC Hardware Break-Fix Technician) space and also the Network Infrastructure (Network Technician, Network Admin, System Admin, NOC Analyst, Jr SOC Analyst) space. My last contract job was a remote WFH temporary tech consulting project for Northwestern University -Evanston, IL campus that ended in Oct 2024. Before that, I worked an On-site Lev 2 Desktop Support contract role for Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corp (Fed govt contractor) through Robert Half that ended in Dec 2023. I also worked as a remote WFH Lev 2 Desktop Support contract job with Voca LLC (ended May 2023), a remote WFH Computer Instructor contract job for Global Information Technology (ended Nov 2021), and a Volunteer On-site Computer Technician role at Free Geek Chicago (ended March 2020).
