Responsibilities: 

-	Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
-	Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
-	Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
-	Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
-	Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
-	Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants.
-	Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
-	Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.

- Overseeing the Member Services team (who respond to user inquiries via text/email - located in the Philippines), as well as day-to-day operations. 
- Take care of the cars (by making calls, reimbursing our users for expenses if necessary, proactively reviewing the status of cars to avoid bad user experience, etc.).
- Reviews the service quality provided by the Member Services team and handles simple escalations (triage to IT or Business Management when necessary).
- Need to be a critical thinker, capable of solving problems independently, organized and comfortable following up with partners via email and phone located in the U.S.
- Provides summary updates to the CEO, COO, and CTO on a regular basis, and works closely with the tech-half of the company in identifying potential systemic outages as they occur, as well as identifying new tools that could be created to improve the Member Services team.
