I am the founder and CEO of Sendlane, a unified email, SMS, and reviews platform for e-commerce. Sendlane is backed by Five Elms Capital and Zing Capital. I started Sendlane as an internal tool in 2013, when I was also the COO and partner of Knyew, a men's streetwear brand. I saw the need for a better way to communicate with and retain online shoppers, and decided to turn Sendlane into a business in 2017. Since then, I have led the product development, strategy, and vision of Sendlane, and partnered with leading e-commerce platforms and tools. I have also leveraged my skills in e-commerce, SMS marketing, and retention marketing to deliver value to our clients and grow our revenue and user base.
