I earned the moniker “the Turnaround Guy" by consistently empowering and transforming managers into powerful coaches who develop strong sales professionals, build high-performing teams, and unlock the ability to quickly impact revenue velocity. Want to know how I got here? I was asked to leave my family home at the age of 14 (perhaps not the model for best behaviour in a kid). I was forced to use my survival instincts, adjust rapidly to situations, and cultivate the ability to sell my potential to anyone that would listen. Fast forward to age 19, the beginning of my sales career, quickly moving from an Account Executive to a Sales Director. By the age of 27, I was the VP of Sales for a $3 billion dollar company and continued along the road of high-performing sales organizations and helping to revolutionize some of Canada’s most iconic brands. I was tasked with completing enterprise overhauls and dynamically improving revenue generation during market disruption. I led Yellow Pages Group, Postmedia Network, and TRADER Corp through seismic shifts in their business and selling models. Under my guidance, the teams I led successfully transformed their sales cultures, structures, core offerings, and ways of selling to produce high-margin, efficient, and record-breaking results in hypercompetitive industries. Since early 2017, I have been helping SMEs, and emerging market start-ups to optimize their sales processes and scale revenues through the right combination of people, processes, and technology. I excel in helping leaders identify and systematically rectify issues that plague sales results while empowering sales professionals to elevate their game.
