Consulting and operational support in project management in an Airbus Audit & Procurement team of 30 people.
Activities:
- Project Management: 
leading weekly progress meetings, monitoring and reminding people of individual or collective actions/tasks, monitoring deliverables, managing schedules, risks and quality, etc.
- Agility:
implementation of an agile method on a large scale (Scrum) in collaboration with the Project Leader for the constitution and prioritisation of the backlog, provision of collaborative work tools and communication supports, continuous improvement of the team's way of working,.
- Other: leading the monitoring of document evolution for special processes in various Airbus Atlantic sites.
