Always adopting the most agile processes due to the multidisciplinary and multicultural environment in which I operate, I have incorporated Project Management methodologies as well as, whenever possible, agile methodologies (Scrum Master Certified) to my professional work. I greatly enjoy the international environment, always trying to look for new challenges that provide added value to the service I provide Always actively engaged in at least two projects related to Project Management and/or Health and Safety Consulting in construction and development in work environments, taking advantage of my past experience, focused on the retail sector and international environments, I don't set boundaries for myself, being able to organize work teams in the countries where I´m focused (Europe, UK, Saudi Arabia and the Caucasus). All this from my professional office, being CEO of my own company, Llorcaa International Project Management, since 2021 Among my most recent projects are the expansion of the IRSG group (Sprinter, Sport Zone, Perry and Aktiesports) in the Netherlands, as well as participation in the continuous growth of Inditex in Saudi Arabia, the Caucasus and UK.
