I'm currently a Lead Product Management Consultant at Focused Labs. At Focused, we work with teams to help them both build software and transform the way they work. Prior to this, I lead product and design at BiggerPockets, a community-based product of over 2M real estate investors. Previously, I lead Product & Design at Cake Insure, where we built and launched the easiest way for Colorado Small Business Owners to buy Workers' Comp insurance online. We leveraged NLP to simplify the process, which resulted in an NPS score of 70+ in our first year. Prior to that, I led Product & Design at DaVita Kidney Care. We launched several products from start to finish - including an app that made Docs more efficient by enabling them to do their dialysis rounds on an iPad and an analytics-based product that improved outcomes for patients transitioning to dialysis.
